防水保固合約該如何簽訂??

最近家中整個打掉重練

因是40年的老房子最擔心的就是漏水問題

雖然設計師保證至少有5年保證不漏水.....但還是覺得需要簽訂一張合約

怕是以後真的出問題不來修繕 (左右鄰居都有嚴重漏水問題......)

但是針對於防水這塊的保固 網路上好像也沒有相關的資料....

不知道該如何簽訂? 比如保固期內發生漏水 應該如何處理 賠償之類的

如果違約不來修繕應該怎麼辦之類的......
