掬水軒購物中心沒個影　吸金7億判賠

老牌企業掬水軒食品多年前欲在桃園蓋購物中心，對外募集資金，卻未用於開發購物中心，反遭總經理挪用填補公司財務缺口，該購物中心最後也未蓋成，投資人求償。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，掬水軒食品總經理柯富元與迅宏公司董事長李乾輝、葉雅玲夫婦，2001年以欲開發購物中心資金不足，以高額利息對外吸金7億2359萬。

其中1名管姓女子投資614萬元，最高法院判決柯等3人須連帶賠償574萬元，全案確定。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
