穆迪將俄國債信評級展望降為負向

國際債信評鑑公司穆迪27日將俄國的評級展望調降為「負向」。穆迪目前給俄國的評級維持於Baa1，但警告烏克蘭衝突從克里米亞散布到與俄國接壤的烏克蘭東部，已經提高俄國面臨的「地緣政治事件風險」，包括來自西方的制裁、資金出走，以及銀行與企業被阻隔於市場之外。穆迪說，莫斯科缺乏一套有力的計畫來因應俄國走弱的經濟，而且缺少改革，也是債信評級展望調降的原因。俄國未來五年的經濟成長率預測已從先前的3%掉到1.7%。
