(中央社記者田裕斌台北2014年6月24日電)為提昇年報資訊揭露及時性，台灣證券交易所表示，上市公司申報「股東會年報電子檔」將自現行的股東常會召開日至少2個營業日前，提早至7日前。

證交所提醒，修訂後股東會年報申報起算日期，自申報翌日起算至開會前1日必須滿7天以上，舉例而言，上市公司若在明年6月12日召開股東常會，應在明年6月4日申報股東會年報電子檔，供投資人查閱。
