台塑集團擬加薪2.7%　外加5000勤勉金

台塑集團領導階層今（24）日與工會代表協商，初步暫定，7月1日起將加薪2.7%，另加發5000元的勤勉金，換算調薪幅度約3.55%，已拉近與工會希望加薪4%之間的距離。

台塑集團總裁王文淵、副總裁王瑞華、台塑董事長李志村、台塑化董長陳寶郎、南亞董事長吳嘉昭、台化總經理洪福源等領導階層今日與工會代表協商今年調薪幅度。

據指出，資方今日下午提出的調薪方案是2.7%，外加5000元的勤勉金，已經比先前傳出的調薪方案優厚，稍早傳出的調薪方案是調薪2.5%，外加5000元的勤勉金。

雖然資方最新提出的調薪方案仍比工會要求的4%少，但資方認為，目前台塑集團面臨嚴峻的競爭環境，如加薪幅度太大，可能會影響集團營收與獲利，因此認為加薪幅度不宜過大，且如果把5000元勤勉金計算進去，實際的調薪幅度為3.55%，與工會的要求並沒有很大的差距，應可展現集團的誠意。
