阿里改公開說明書新增合夥人

（中央社台北2014年6月16日電）彭博報導，去年經手交易達2500億美元的中國大陸電子商務巨擘阿里巴巴集團，修改美國首次公開募股（IPO）公開說明書，納入掌控董事會人選的27名合夥人。

今天的文件包含修改和新增5月6日揭露的首版公開說明書內容。阿里巴巴IPO可能是美國有史以來最大IPO案。

在美國證券管理委員會（SEC）於30日的期限內私下遞交阿里巴巴評論和提問後，阿里巴巴修改申請文件。今天的申請文件包括阿里巴巴營運事業的更多細節。SEC和阿里巴巴之間的互動將在IPO後公諸於世。

消息人士上月表示，阿里巴巴鎖定在8月8日掛牌上市。消息人士指出，然而，市場狀況，以及與SEC的額外對話可能讓上市時間延後到9月。（譯者：中央社陳昱婷）
