反服貿民眾今年3月23日晚上攻占行政院，肆虐辦公廳舍，警方隔天凌晨展開強力驅離行動時，王姓醫師指控員警揮拳毆打他的腹部，並以警棍攻擊頭部，自訴行政院長江宜樺、警政署長王卓鈞及台北市警局中正一分局長方仰寧殺人未遂，台北地方法院今天上午開庭，王的委任律師聲請保全證據，請法院要求警方交出警力調動、部署和相關人員的電話通聯紀錄等資料，法官表示將由合議庭評議後，再擇期開庭。
