基隆市江姓男子因交通違規遇警攔檢時，以為自己先前犯的案已遭判刑被通緝，駕車逃逸。途中還衝撞警車，警員開了3槍仍被脫逃。警方今天循線將他逮捕，偵訊後在下午將他移送法辦。
