洪仲丘案　高院9點30分開準備庭

激起25萬「白衫軍」走上凱道抗議的洪仲丘案，今天早上9點30分高院二審將2度開準備庭。

高院上月底首度開庭時，少將沈威志等18軍、士官被告均辯稱不知把洪關進禁閉室程序不合法，不會操出人命，沈與上士范佐憲等人當庭向洪家人道歉，但洪父怒斥：「殺人能不知有罪嗎？」洪母則訴泣夢見兒子已放下，還笑容滿面來看她。

高院今天第2次開洪仲丘案準備庭，預計由檢、辯針對證據能力等表示意見。（張欽／台北報導）
