日光燈會閃爍(隔幾分鐘又正常).

請問各位大大:

燈具是雙燈管跟燈泡在一起的

一打開開關,燈管會一直閃爍,燈泡也不夠亮,並發出聲音

持續幾分鐘後,就恢復正常,跟平常一樣

把燈管.燈泡跟啟動器拿去裝在其他燈具上,都很正常

我想應該不是這三個有異常

是那邊元件異常造成的呢?
