剛入手E-M10對於影像後製有疑問

各位好，小弟原先都是N家DSLR的用戶，因需要一台隨身機，經過比較後，今天下午入手了E-M10+14-42 EZ組合

晚上出門拍了幾張照片，回家照以往習慣用LR讀RAW檔案進行簡單後製後輸出JPEG再上傳

結果發現了有趣的問題:

以完全不調整任何參數來講，RAW轉JPEG的圖片效果似乎比不上機身直接紀錄的JPEG檔案?!

請問這是正常的狀況嗎?

這張則是RAW經過LR直接轉JPEG完全沒做任何調整的照片

感覺第一張就是比較自然些，請問是我在一些參數的設定上需要調整?還是這樣屬於正常狀況?
