陸國土部：今年續控制稀土礦開採

大陸國土資源部8日透露，今年將繼續對稀土礦鎢礦開採實行總量控制，但取消銻礦開採總量控制指標管理。

據法制晚報報導，大陸國土資源部明確，2014年度稀土礦開採總量指標為10.5萬噸，其中岩礦型（輕）稀土礦指標調增1.12萬噸，比上年增加15%左右；鎢礦開採總量控制指標8.9萬噸。與此同時，2014年度不再下達銻礦開採總量控制指標；鎢礦綜合利用指標實施指標加核定考核，適當放鬆約束。

此外，將繼續實施稀土礦鎢礦礦業權暫停政策至2015年6月30日。對大陸國務院重點專案和中央基金或省級地質專項資金等相關專案，在符合開採總量控制、產能平衡要求下，允許新設稀土礦鎢礦礦業權。
