G12螢幕黑點問題請教

G12購入約5年左右，保固已過

問題是這樣子，今天拍照時發現螢幕出現兩顆黑點，但是當快門鍵按下去後
黑點會自動消失，拍出來的照片或影片不會有那兩顆點存在

請問這大概是哪裡出了問題?
是否有大大維修過，價位大概落在多少
