IMF：償債協議有助阿根廷

國際貨幣基金(IMF)總裁拉加德(Christine Lagarde)今天(30日)表示，肯定阿根廷政府近來為解決多年債務所採取的措施；阿根廷政府29日與俗稱「十國集團」的巴黎俱樂部(Paris Club)達成協議，承諾償還積欠債權國的逾期貸款。
阿根廷自從2001年債務違約後，就被排除於國際融資市場之外。
巴黎俱樂部29日發表聲明表示，「債權國代表同意，允許阿根廷在5年內分期償還拖欠巴黎俱樂部的97億美元債務」。
拉加德強調，IMF並未參與29日的協議，但相信協議有助阿根廷的債務正常化。
但拉加德也說，雖然IMF與巴黎俱樂部在各議題都密切合作，但就阿根廷的債務問題而言，「我們無法在未獲充分資訊的情況下多作評論、發表聲明或妄下評估」。
