男子買到凶宅　33年前報紙當證據

買屋前一定要打聽清楚。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，李姓男子買公寓先付了五百廿五萬元前金，交屋前卻聽說是凶宅；他找到30多年前報紙，以「太座嗜賭如命，丈夫以死相諫」為標題報導這間房子發生自殺事件，提告要求解約。新北地院法官認為，從報導內容來看，李買的是凶宅，判賣方洪姓男子歸還前金。
