英商林克穎酒駕撞死送報生潛逃案有最新進展，法務部今天凌晨（24日）發出新聞稿，指英國皇家法院承認我國民事判決，被害人家屬可在英國境內，向林克穎索償新台幣908萬元。

由於英國為歐盟會員國並簽署盧加諾公約，該項判決將自動適用於歐盟各國及若干其他歐洲國家，即便日後林克穎服完刑期，仍需接受本案民事判決，支付上述賠償款項；被害人家屬黃國安對判決結果感到欣慰。
