普丁：雅努科維奇是烏克蘭的合法總統

俄羅斯總統普丁周五說，雅努科維奇(Viktor Yanukovych)仍然是烏克蘭的合法總統，但俄羅斯會與周日大選的獲勝者進行交往。

「我們希望烏克蘭和平而且平靜，」他於接受CNBC訪問時說。「我們當然會與新選出的領導人合作。但我要表明，我希望大選後，所有的軍事行動都能停止，國家對話開始展開。」

普丁並說，他已多次表示對北約組織往東擴展，感到擔憂，但卻沒有人理會。

「我們有所擔憂，包括經濟擔憂與安全擔憂，」他說。

普丁並說，美國對他週遭企業人士進行的經濟制裁，是非法而且不公平的，並說這已經造成了一些衝擊。
