第一次使用NAS(Synology DS214PLAY)就發生STATUS LED 閃橘燈悲劇

1.5/23晚上安裝DS214PLAY機器,包括214PLAY及WD RED 3 TB硬碟*1.(皆購自PCHOME 24購物)
2.從PC傳送相片影片等檔案(剪下貼上)至NAS,放著讓它傳,人去睡覺!
3.5/24 凌晨(02:40)起床聽到NAS發出嗶嗶聲.
4.上網搜尋214PLAY說明,只發現快速指南,沒找到完整說明書.
5.發現STATUS LED 一直閃橘燈.
6.按壓NAS電源鍵無法關機.(持續嗶嗶聲)
7.拔除NAS電源.
8.插上NAS電源重新開機.
9.STATUS LED 一直閃橘燈;DISK 1 亮橘燈!(如附圖,但拍照當時STATUS LED剛好閃爍熄滅而沒亮)
10.5/24 03:20上Synology填單詢求技術支援!(打02-2552-1814表示目前非上班時間)

求解:
1.如何救回NAS內之照片檔案!(目前都不敢動作了,深怕有個萬一,檔案救不回)
2.已開箱使用物品,PCHOME 24購物可辦理退訂退款?(目前尚未申請退訂退款,因為不確定資料可否救回)
