徵美車反傾銷稅世貿判陸敗訴

（中央社日內瓦2014年5月23日綜合外電報導）世界貿易組織（WTO）今天裁定，中國大陸對進口的美國製汽車和越野車課徵反傾銷稅，違反國際貿易規定。美國稱，這是該國製造商與工人的一大勝利。

世貿組織糾紛仲裁小組今天表示，同意美國立場，即大陸的作法「不符合」反傾銷規定，違反了加入世貿所作承諾。

世貿的規定容許會員國調升進口稅，以抵消不當補貼與傾銷；但美方2012年投訴時指控大陸，對價值30億美元的美製汽車不當課徵反傾銷稅。

大陸方面辯稱，根據國際規定，此舉合法。課稅對象是排氣量2.5升以上的汽車和越野車。
