越南政府宣佈不准民眾518「反中」遊行遊行活動，防範民眾聚集集會，在越南胡志明市的中國大使館周圍路邊放置拒馬，平日越南民眾常聚集的「統一公園」，也有公安站崗。一有民眾聚集就立即勸離。
