開車門搜括遇警　心虛逃跑當場被逮

1名有多項前科的39歲楊姓男子，昨傍晚行經桃園市民族路上，看見一輛廂型車乘客座門鎖是壞的，順手一拉打開車門，不顧防盜警報器響起，上車翻找值錢財物行竊。

此時剛好警員巡邏經過，想上前詢問怎麼不關警報器時，楊嫌因心虛竟拔腿就跑，警員見狀上前將他制伏逮捕，警員發現他不是車主，楊男也說不出為何上車，訊後被依竊盜罪嫌送辦。（吳詠平／桃園報導）
