【時報-台北電】台灣新藥開發逐步進入收割階段，杏輝董事長李志文表示，明年下半年生技新藥公司將會開始面臨製造與銷售等經營策略的檢視，將正式進入強弱分界點，但因有技術和新題材不斷湧入，即使有失敗案例，生醫族群還是不會崩盤。

李志文指出，台灣生技產業聚落已成形，上市櫃加準上市櫃的興櫃公司逾百家，但隨很多生技公司三期臨床報佳音，且有機會在今、明年取得藥證後，未來面臨的考驗包括如何賣？由誰生產？市場多大？是經營和投資人須面對的課題。

積極投入新藥開發的杏輝集團，由杏國專攻新藥研發，有5個新藥器項，最受矚目的是德國新藥公司Medigene結盟，取得治療菜花的新藥在台上市外，治療三陰性乳癌的新藥Endo-TAG1也由杏國取得全球三期主導權，預計今年進入歐澳亞洲三期臨床試驗。(新聞來源：工商時報─記者杜蕙蓉／台北報導)
