腦袋真的有病　公務員退休成慣竊

台北市1名退休公務員張姓婦人(60歲)在22年前曾患「無菌性腦膜炎」，病情穩定後卻無法克制偷竊行為，經台北榮總醫師認為應屬「病態偷竊症」，士林地院減輕其刑，判拘役10日，可易科罰金。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，張婦原本自尊心相當強，公務員退休後不但有偷竊舉動，表情也變得呆滯淡漠，受刺激時情緒起伏大，去年逾5次行竊，偷拿鑰匙包、名片夾等物品。醫師表示，腦神經的分化非常細密，一旦因腦膜炎或腦炎損及記憶或是衝動控制等相關區域，可能造成個性改變或無法克制衝動的情況；尤其是腦炎患者，風險會比腦膜炎更高。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
