IMF大砍俄今年成長預測 1.3%降至0.2%

國際貨幣基金(IMF)經濟學家、歐洲總部顧問史畢林柏格(Antonio Spilimbergo)今天(30日)表示，烏克蘭危機導致外資大舉撤出俄羅斯，使得國際貨幣基金再度大幅下修俄羅斯2014年的成長預測值，從原先的成長1.3%，大幅下修為只成長0.2%。
史畢林柏格指出，俄羅斯已在衰退之中。
史畢林柏格表示，如果依照定義，以連兩季負成長為衰退的話，俄羅斯正在經歷衰退的過程。
俄羅斯新聞社(RIA)引述史畢林柏格指出，國際貨幣基金已經澄清對俄羅斯今年的經濟成長預測，國際貨幣基金預料，俄羅斯今年的經濟成長只有0.2%。
國際貨幣基金從今年以來，已經多次下修俄羅斯成長預測值。
