〔自由時報記者徐正揚／綜合報導〕卡諾以超級肥約轉戰新東家後首次「回娘家」，紐約球迷給予的噓聲大過掌聲，但他以5打數1安打、1打點，助水手以6：3擊敗洋基。

卡諾原本期待球迷會以起立鼓掌歡迎他回紐約，1局上首次沒穿條紋球衣走向洋基球場的打擊區，雖有球迷高舉「歡迎回家」、「我們愛你」的看板，更多的是唾棄或不屑的噓聲，沒多久掌聲、歡呼聲響徹雲霄，因為他被三振。

卡諾被噓最慘的時刻是5局上滿壘輪到他打擊，但他擊出內野滾地球助水手先馳得點，並開啟4分大局，「我現在是水手一員，被噓是我無法控制的，我也不會驚訝，只管上場打好我的比賽。」

沙巴西亞前4局挨3安無失分，5局上卻突然崩盤狂丟4分，6局上連續讓2名打者上壘退場，帳面上投5局有6Ｋ，挨9安失4分，承擔第3敗。卡諾在他退場後，才於7局上擊出重回紐約的首安。

洋基投手皮奈達日前被逮到非法使用松焦油遭禁賽10場，球團仍按正常先發輪值，安排他昨天在小聯盟投模擬賽，不料只投1局就因背肌痠痛退場，經核磁共振檢查後，確定是最輕的第1級拉傷，預計要休養3至4週。
