聚集在台北市青島東路及鎮江街交叉口的反核民眾，凌晨十二點多開始爬上拒馬塗上象徵和平的粉紅色油漆，期許國家暴力瓦解。警方勸離：「請不要在我們的拒馬上塗漆。」有民眾回答：「這是我們的拒馬！」
