沒有照顧嬰兒經驗的許姓女護士到新竹縣某托嬰中心應徵保母工作，上班第一天被園長要求照顧未滿3個月男嬰，許女將男嬰放在餐搖床趴睡，男嬰臉部朝下，呼吸困難致死。最高法院依業務過失致死罪，將許女判刑1年，全案定讞。
