飛梭雷射沒啥效果

我做飛梭也好一段時間了
大約做了快一年 每個月都有去打一次
但是最近發覺 打完飛梭一兩個禮拜真得感覺皮膚變緊實
疤痕毛孔變小
但是第三個禮拜開始皮膚感覺又變得恢復原本的樣子
因此這次在做飛梭時有問美容師
但是他跟我說因為飛梭可以保持約一個月的效果
因此必須每個月都必須去打
但是我不是要短暫的效果 我是要真的改善啊!!!!!!
因為打完都會再回復到原本的樣子 阿我不就打心酸的
所以想知道 飛梭到底有沒有用...........
(別介紹我別的醫院，因為我還有十幾堂的課= =)
(也別介紹我產品 )
另外想知道因為每次打完飛梭都會結痂
結痂後都會有超級多的粉刺(黃黃的) 到底能不能清理呢?
不清理會不會越積越多 毛孔越撐越大 但是清理了又會有個大洞

求救啊!!!!
