能省則省　桃園建案推免管理費促銷

桃園年底即將升格直轄市，房市競爭激烈，為爭取客源，包括桃園市「耀時代」、八德「公園大道」、中壢「麗朵」皆以3~5年免管理費，平均可省4~18萬元，對買房預算有限民眾可謂不無小補。

佳晟建設「公園大道」位於八德擴大重劃區，基地面積1236屏，規劃156戶住家及7戶店面，格局以27~52坪2~4房，1坪開價23萬元，建案訴求5年免管理費，5年後1坪管理費60元。負責銷售的宏峰代銷襄理王三綱表示，2月推案已去化3成，建案離捷運綠線G01站約300公尺，「北客佔了5成，多數是買來投資。」（王筱君／台北報導）
