旺宏55奈米快閃記憶體量產

記憶體製造廠旺宏電子快閃記憶體(Flash)產品製程技術持續推進，55奈米平行式快閃記憶體產品順利導入量產。

旺宏去年編碼型快閃記憶體(NOR Flash)產品積極推進至75奈米製程，至去年第4季75奈米製程比重達26%；旺宏去年整年度75奈米製程比重約21%。

旺宏今年編碼型快閃記憶體產品製程技術持續推進，目前55奈米平行式快閃記憶體(Parallel Flash)系列產品已順利導入量產。

除製程技術不斷推進外，旺宏同時積極擴展高密度產品市場，去年編碼型快閃記憶體高密度產品比重約12%，預期今年將進一步擴增至21%水準。
