陳威仁：房價高漲是必須面對的問題

對於高房價，內政部長陳威仁（右）上午表示，房價高漲是必須面對的問題，也非單一政策可以解決，他認為可採取稅制改革、縮短城鄉差距，並興建出租住宅等方向，來抑制房價。不過立委質疑政府才是炒房的元兇，因為政府低價徵收後變更使用分區，再高價賣給建商，從中牟利。
