因應西方制裁　俄羅斯將降低進口需求

俄羅斯總理梅德韋傑夫（Dmitry Medvedev）表示，西方國家制裁不會致使俄羅斯改變經濟政策，但會降低俄羅斯進口需求。經濟學家預期，俄羅斯今年經濟可能出現零成長或衰退，這將是自2009年全球金融危機來最糟的經濟窘境。

梅德韋傑夫在俄羅斯國會中表示，俄羅斯政府將把制裁導致的影響降到最低，如果俄羅斯企業與國外合作夥伴的合作受到限制，俄羅斯政府將為本國生產商提供支持。俄羅斯經濟部指出，俄羅斯資本流出若持續維持第1季一樣情況，經濟情況將更嚴峻，估今年資本流出達1500億美元，俄羅斯經濟今年恐衰退1.8%。（王秋燕／綜合外電報導）
