公布前妻戶口名簿　男違反個資起訴

桃園縣1名57歲陳姓男子，2年前與劉姓女子離婚後很不爽，在劉女的戶口名簿和寫著：「一女嫁二男，女方沒有三從四德，本人拖了七個多月才簽下離婚協議書，深感慚愧！」紙條張貼在當地宮廟的公布欄上；案經劉女提告後，陳男坦承犯行，桃園地檢署認為陳男此舉已涉嫌加重誹謗罪及個資法，但係單一的行為觸犯數罪，依刑度最重的違反個人資料保護法將他提訴，最高可判2年有期徒刑。（張沛森／桃園報導）
