「翡翠王子」冤囚　桃檢：由法官認定

富御珠寶創辦人，身價百億元的「翡翠王子」胡焱榮，去年十月入境時遭控冒用泰國身分證逮捕，偵訊後遭移送。桃園地檢署偵查過後，裁定由移民署收容。

今天出刊的《壹週刊》報導，移民署疑似刻意栽贓，還出示假證據製成調查報告，桃園地檢署檢察官逾越職權指示由移民署收容。期間胡淼榮不停喊冤，並由律師親赴泰國取得泰國外交部正式公文，明白指出胡淼榮的確是泰國籍，讓案情出現大逆轉。

針對桃園地檢署檢察官疑似踰越權限指示移民署收容，還輕信移民署官員疑似刻意栽贓的調查報告，使胡遭冤囚4個月。桃園地檢署發言人戴文亮今表示，目前該案已由檢察官起訴，正由桃園地院審理中，若有不法之處，由法官來認定。（張沛森／桃園報導）
