40歲沈姓男子去年與薛姓女子結婚，婚後隔月就以赴台北工作為由離家失聯，薛女指控丈夫變賣她的轎車，偷走現金，並盜領銀行存款，害她人財兩失。薛女認為，丈夫惡意遺棄，婚姻關係有名無實，決定訴請離婚換回自由身，法官判准，終結這段短命婚姻。

被告沈姓男子未出庭，也沒有提出書狀做聲明或陳述。薛姓女子去年10月與沈姓男子結婚，婚後同住女方家中，隔月沈男告訴妻子，要回台北工作便離家失聯，不曾主動打電話回家，切斷與妻子連繫。
