老闆是投資客要我用人頭買房子

最近是他主動開口的
他說不想繳奢侈稅 15%很高但又想炒房
我名下無任何財產所以想用我名字去買
房子名字是買我的貸款也是我的他估計能貸到60% 假設1間1000萬貸60% 剩下400 他會出 60%應該也是他出
他只給我賺人頭的錢他說行情是1.5萬我覺得這樣太低我開口要用%數的只拿1% 他說沒人這樣開的

我覺得這樣很怪房子總價15% 假設賣出1000萬他要繳150萬很多沒錯
但是我開 1% 也才10萬 10萬換150萬怎麼看都賺阿

是我老闆看我年情才20歲沒有經驗故意騙我的嗎?因為我真的不知道所謂的"人頭戶"行情到底是多少?
