【時報記者沈培華台北報導】國際半導體設備材料協會(SEMI)21日公布，2014年3月北美半導體設備製造商接單出貨比(Book-to-Bill ratio)初估為1.06，為連續第6個月高於1，顯示景氣持續穩定復甦。

3月北美半導體設備製造商接單出貨比1.06，創2013年11月以來新高，連續第6個月高於1顯示出產業自去年第四季以來淡季不淡。

SEMI表示，2014年3月北美半導體設備製造商接獲全球訂單的3個月移動平均金額初估為12.804億美元、較2月的上修值12.954億美元下滑1.2%，但較2013年同期的11.0億美元成長16.1%。

3月北美半導體設備製造商3個月移動平均出貨金額初估為12.121億美元、較2月的下修值12.883億美元縮減5.9%，但較2013年同期的9.91億元高出22.3%。

台積電 (2330) 今年資本支出約為100億元美元，且持續布建20奈米及先進16奈米製程，半導體大廠英特爾、三星亦積極提升製程技術，對半導體設備需求續強。
