江蘇會下午三時登場，民進黨主席蘇貞昌一行先步入行政院，等候行政院長江宜樺。蘇貞昌被媒體問及，有沒有感覺很熟悉，他笑說，坐的位置不一樣。

他也語帶機鋒說，要不要開放，我們都尊重主人家。

據了解，這不是蘇貞昌在卸任後，第一次回到行政院，近期因會計法修正，他也曾來到政院。
