桃園縣1名20歲速食店女工讀生，上月30日工作時，發現烤箱前有酒精清潔液，正要移開時罐子燒融、噴出火焰，造成她上半身多處灼傷，透過媒體控訴業者發放慰問金的10萬元只是公司暫墊，待勞保賠償申請後還要歸還，單據上記載的事由疑似究責於她。

桃園縣政府勞動及人力資源局長簡秀蓮今天下午親自率隊，前往勞動檢查，要求業者負起全責，提供所有醫療費用及後續復健費用該名工讀生休養期間仍須依工資比例給薪資。
