翁政院靜坐遭警毆傷控馬江涉殺人未遂

323晚間發生反服貿學生團體包圍行政院，鎮暴警察徹夜驅離爆發警民流血衝突事件。當天在場的一名七十六周老先生，今天上午帶著診斷書、照片等資料，在多名支持者與律師的陪同下到台北地院提出自訴，因為他要控告總統馬英九、行政院長江宜樺、警政署長王卓鈞、台北市中正一分局長方仰寧等人涉嫌共同殺人未遂等罪。

周老先生說：「大家去反服貌，我也去參加，所以我就在裡面坐，警察身上沒有標誌全身黑漆漆，到底是共匪的警察還是黑道還是台灣的警察都不知道。」

隨後，周老先生掀起身上印有民進黨黨徽的黑色上衣，秀出他被警察打傷的瘀傷，證明當天被警察打傷。
