傳雅虎擬收購線上視頻商NDN

（法新社紐約31日電）「華爾街日報」（WallStreet Journal）今天報導，美國網路巨擘雅虎（Yahoo）正在洽談收購線上視頻服務商NDN（NewsDistribution Network）。

華爾街日報引述不具名消息人士報導，雅虎可能砸下3億美元收購。

雅虎發言人婉拒評論。NDN目前尚未回應。

視頻服務是雅虎執行長梅爾（Marissa Mayer）提高公司成長的主策略之一。

華爾街日報報導還說，這可能是梅爾接掌雅虎之後，金額第2高的收購案。去年雅虎以11億美元買下部落格平台Tumblr Inc。（譯者：中央社鄭詩韻）
