樹林涵蓋的面積極為廣闊,有的可能很偏僻,有的可能不會,如在樹林火車站周遭區域,或樹林往新莊沿線區域,房價最貴的大樓已經有到4~50萬了,小弟本身也於3年前從永和四號公園旁搬到樹林來(那房子現在租人家),樹林交通算是很便利的,太座在西門町西寧南路上班,開車從樹林家出發送太座到公司不用20 mins,上星期五晚上七點約以前同事在林森南路永盛公園附近一起吃飯,開車也大約20 mins,所以,並不會覺得不便喔,反而覺得不會很擁擠,又有點小村莊的純樸民情,但房價也已經不便宜了,家附近最近有多個工地即將推出,售價都已4X起跳了,這有點像是新開發的新特區了
