多項單車族罰則今天起實施

喝酒不開車，從今天開始，喝酒也不能騎腳踏車了。台北市從今天開始，單車族只要酒駕或是滑手機，也要罰款了。

台北市交通警察大隊表示，這次將針對單車騎士，新增五項規定，包括酒駕、拒絕酒測、滑手機、未禮讓行人，以及夜間未開啟燈光等。違反規定者，可以處三百到六百元的罰鍰；而拒絕酒測這一項，罰款則是一千兩百塊。

不過，至於「夜間行車未開啟燈光」這項條款，由於單車騎士可能還需要一段時間適應，警方將會先宣導，不會立即開罰。
