倒閉前促銷宅配袋變垃圾袋

速遞加公司在高屏地區標榜寄送貨物最便宜、全台一日配送，以29元至38元不等低價向被害人販售大量便利袋，吸引許多網拍業者花數10萬元預購後即無預警倒閉，詐上百萬元，警方昨將老闆蘇振忠及員工等17人依詐欺罪嫌函送法辦。

警方調查，速遞加公司老闆蘇振忠自民國101年9月起，派業務經理賴清泉等人推銷宅配袋，稱全台一日送達，被害人花5萬至數10萬元購買宅配袋後，該公司以宅配員車禍、偏遠地區需加價等藉口拖延送貨，還代被害網拍業者收取貨到付款現金。

直到網拍業者要求送貨卻一直沒有業務來收件，便利袋變成垃圾袋，才拆穿該公司詐騙行為，被害人至少有20多人。
