俄國立法大動作反制西方

俄羅斯國會8日一讀通過法案，授權俄國政府查扣外國資產，補償俄國民眾和企業因歐美國家制裁而蒙受的損失。

這項法案形同普亭政府報復歐美國家的利器，讓他們能有效地補償國內企業和其他權貴；歐美國家本來還冀望那些企業和權貴能說服普亭改變他在烏克蘭的所作所為。
