標題[請問] IE和Firefox被snapdo綁架

如題 我家IE和FIREFOX現在一開首頁和新分頁就是snapdo Chrome倒是沒這個問題 試過google的很多方法 Junk Remove tool GeekUninstaller和adwcleaner 以及到regedit 裡清理含有snap.do和snapdo的機碼(或登錄檔? 我不太確定確切的名字) 這些方法最後都只能暫時性解決 重開機一樣又是snap 解除安裝程式 和 瀏覽器的附加元件 中也找不到snap.do的東西 (不確定是不是KMPLAYER再作怪?) 我的系統是win7 64bit企業版 Firefox 27.0.1 IE 11.0.9600.16521 防毒Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.2015.2015 (完整掃描沒掃到毒) 希望如果有辦法的人看到能夠幫幫忙 感謝QQ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.114.233.62
