匯豐：央行最快明年首季升息

中央銀行下周四（27日）舉行首季例行理監事會議，匯豐集團表示，中國經濟成長趨緩，且國際市場又因為美國聯準會釋出新政策，出現波動，預計下周央行可望維持貨幣政策不變，最快要到2015年第1季，才有可能宣布升息。

美國聯準會主席葉倫日前暗示，明年中美國可能升息，由於時間貼近央行下周召開的理監事會，市場高度關注。匯豐集團出具報告表示，今年2月雖有農曆年假，但台灣外銷訂單表現比去年同期成長，顯示台灣接單受大陸經濟成長動能趨緩影響有限。

以區域來看，今年從日本接下的外銷訂單表現強勁，至今年增率約7.7％；此外，香港與大陸的訂單也同步走強，到目前為止的外銷訂單年增率達3％；相對的，來自美國的外銷訂單略低於去年同期1.8％。

整體來看，2月外銷訂單表現差強人意，預估今年外在市場需求的成長力道，將維持緩慢步伐，台灣今年全年經濟成長率可望達3％，今年第1季GDP成長率預估值為2.7％。
