八里陳進福夫婦命案，死者陳進福的2個兒子，分別對凶手謝依涵、媽媽嘴咖啡店老闆呂炳宏、2股東等人共求償1000多萬元。士林地院昨判決謝女應賠償600萬元的精神慰撫金和31萬多元的喪葬費，而呂炳宏及2股東免賠。

至於陳進福妻子張翠萍的母親，另向謝依涵求償500多萬元部分，仍由士林地院審理中。
