請教各位：武嶺六月練車安排規劃

各位好

我年初時報名參加了8月份的雙進武嶺比賽。這是我第一次參加這麼高難度的賽事，再加上我平時沒有在山區練車的機會（我住國外），心裡不免有點擔憂。

想趁著六月陪老婆回台灣探親，走一趟武嶺，實地練習一次，但不知道從何著手。

最理想的是能找到車隊／車友已經預定好六月時到武嶺騎車，請求加入（我騎公路車平均速度為35-45km）。若不成的話，或許得找有沒有業者能提供相關的服務。怎麼安排才恰當呢？或者是否有更好的建議？如果自己規劃路線、有什麼需要注意的地方嗎？

想請各位幫忙指點、提供意見。
