雖然 Android 絕對會在預設的時間彈出用戶行事曆上的提示，不過 Google 則為大家想更多。在最新的 Android 版 Google Maps 更新中，新增了一個顯示場地活動資訊的功能，當用戶搜尋一個地點之時，如該地點是有活動將會舉行的話就會被顯示出來，例子包括音樂廳在哪日會有哪位音樂家或哪隊樂團演出之類。另一個新加入的功能就是，在任何地點長按來放一支紅色「大頭針」，以儲存或分享該地點。兩個功能都很適合計劃週末好去處時用呢。
